Selection method of vibration damping pad:
1. The area of a standard vibration damping pad is 24×46=1104cm², and the center area of connecting four convex platforms is 1 cm².
2. The area of vibration damping pad is decided according to the weight and working situation of equipment, it is cut based on a standard cushion block.

For the equipment with shock and weight increase, the coefficient of overweight should be considered when choosing.
Application instance:
If a kind of equipment weighs 3500kg, the pivot shape is six drawing boards of φ12; because the levelness requirement of this equipment is high, the vibration and weight increase of the equipment at work shall be considered when choosing WJ–85; the weight of the equipment is appropriately increased by about 30% when calculating.
Bearing area = 3500 kg×1.3/7 kg/cm² = 650 cm²
Area of a single support = 650 cm²/6 ≈110 cm²
The vibration damping pad under the support must be exposed by 1cm margin, so the cushion block should be cut into 12×12 cm².
Scope of application:
Used for passive vibration isolation of punching machine, shearing machine, printing machinery and instruments.
