The vibration and noise reduction division of CSIS Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute (SMDERI), has researched and developed and produced a series of rail transit vibration reduction products combined with a number of military technologies and after years of research, relying on its subsidiary - Wuxi Qiyao Huadong Vibration Isolation Technologies Co., Ltd., to solve vibration and noise problems involved in rail transit in an omni-directional manner.

This hybrid rail vibration damper mainly utilizes the compression and shear deformation of rubber between upper and lower iron backing plates to obtain elasticity. With damping effect about 7~13dB, it is used in the sections with medium requirement for vibration reduction.

QY-F type rail damping fastener mainly utilizes the shear deformation of rubber to obtain elasticity while steel rail is suspended with rubber block and fixing device. It is applicable to the sections with high requirement for vibration reduction.  

【Technical features】

QY-F type rail damping fastener utilizes damping parts to clamp and suspend steel rail that is allowed to have significant vertical displacement. This type of product has good damping effect and low height of installation to improve the stability of train. With damping effect of 12~15 dB, it is subject to fatigue tests for over 3 million times.

【Scope of application】

QY-F type rail damper can be used in the sections of rail line (subway and light rail etc.) with medium or high requirements for vibration reduction, such as the sections subject to vibration 12~15dB over the standard level, and the sections where the line center is less than 10m away from house, hotel, office and other buildings. 。

 

【Scope of application】

Mainly used in the sections subject to vibration over 15dB over the standard level or other sections with special requirements for the environment, such as operating room of hospital, music hall, precision instrument factory and protected historic site etc.
