QY-F type rail damping fastener mainly utilizes the shear deformation of rubber to obtain elasticity while steel rail is suspended with rubber block and fixing device. It is applicable to the sections with high requirement for vibration reduction.
QY-F type rail damping fastener utilizes damping parts to clamp and suspend steel rail that is allowed to have significant vertical displacement. This type of product has good damping effect and low height of installation to improve the stability of train. With damping effect of 12~15 dB, it is subject to fatigue tests for over 3 million times.
Mainly used in the sections subject to vibration over 15dB over the standard level or other sections with special requirements for the environment, such as operating room of hospital, music hall, precision instrument factory and protected historic site etc.
